Chef Sandra left her corporate career after 20 years to pursue her passion for creating dishes from fresh, organic ingredients. She obtained a degree from the Culinary Business Academy and started her own canning and personalized meal delivery business after popular demand for her unique canned creations and prepared meals skyrocketed.
Chef Sandra started teaching canning and gourmet cooking classes in the community and even helped create and develop a fine-dining restaurant in Dallas, which led her to start her own personal chef company called “Fresh From the Gardens.”
Chef Sandra believes the only limitations are the ones you put on yourself. She believes that when you are truly passionate about something, willing to make a few sacrifices, invest in your business and surround yourself with a team of trusted mentors, and a good business coach, the sky is the limit. By God’s grace, Chef Sandra plans to continue to grow her business and to share her knowledge and culinary creations with others.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and for the past 3 years, I’ve been fortunate to have Chef Sandra prepare dinner for my entire family.
