Chef RosieExecutive Chef + Owner

Chef Rosie became the owner of Fresh From the Gardens in 2024, following nearly a decade of collaboration with its founder, Chef Sandra. She helped shape the thoughtful, seasonal approach that defines the business today—rooted in fresh ingredients, heartfelt service, and a deep love for nourishing others.

Born in Dallas and raised in Oak Cliff, Chef Rosie earned her Associate’s Degree from Texas State Technical College in Waco. She launched her culinary career at Mockingbird Tap Room before joining Seasons 52 at NorthPark Mall, where she quickly rose from shadowing the Executive Chef to serving as Sous Chef. During her time there, she led and supported high-profile events including the Flight Museum Charity Gala, the State Fair Cutco Demo, and a feature by the Dallas Morning News. In 2017, she was named Darden Restaurants’ Employee of the Year and honored at a national ceremony in Denver.

As a New Restaurant Opener, Chef Rosie helped launch multiple Seasons 52 locations across the country—from Florida to Michigan—and later served as Sous Chef at both the NorthPark and Plano Shops at Legacy locations.

Since joining Fresh From the Gardens in 2018 and going full-time in 2020, Chef Rosie has overseen everything from menu development and ingredient sourcing to personalized meal planning and production. She continues to build lasting relationships with clients by bringing intuition, care, and culinary excellence to every meal she creates.
