Preserving the Holidays

In this class, we’ll learn how to make a festive jelly and a sunny citrus jam. We’ll talk about food pairings and packaging for gift ideas.

Champagne Blush Jelly – This elegant champagne jelly combines the crisp flavor of raspberry with the sparkle of champagne. It goes wonderfully with scones and muffins.

Sunny Clementine Jam – This tart jam is sunshine in a jar. Pairs perfectly with pork tenderloin and makes a great topping for vanilla ice cream.

Cancellation Policy

Fresh From the Gardens does not offer a refund if you are unable to attend your scheduled class.  If notification is received via email within 7 days of your class time, we will reschedule you for a future class of your choice.   Cancellation notifications  should be sent to Sandra@freshfromthegardens.com.
