We’ll sample some holiday appetizers and I’ll show you how to use your creations in unexpected ways in your holiday menus. I’ll also share fun ways to personalize your preserves for gift giving.

In this class, we’ll learn how to make a festive jelly and a sunny citrus jam. We’ll talk about food pairings and packaging for gift ideas.
Champagne Blush Jelly – This elegant champagne jelly combines the crisp flavor of raspberry with the sparkle of champagne. It goes wonderfully with scones and muffins.
Sunny Clementine Jam – This tart jam is sunshine in a jar. Pairs perfectly with pork tenderloin and makes a great topping for vanilla ice cream.
